This job is responsible for supporting analytical work efforts for various projects within a Line of Business or business discipline. Key responsibilities include leveraging databases to acquire client and performance data, transforming extracted data into meaningful insights and trends, and delivering those insights to leaders to make complex business decisions. Job expectations include working with business partners to understand, coordinate, and deliver agreed upon priorities while communicating complex data outputs and delivering the appropriate summary and data required. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for the data product development life cycle from intake to design to implementation. This includes but is not limited to: Creating Data Products: Engineering, developing, and certifying data products to be automated and published for broad consumption Documenting Data Products: Partnering with the Enablement and Governance function to ensure the appropriate process, oversight, tools, and methods are applied when building these data products Creating the Contextual Layer: Partnering with Subject Matter Experts to establish and develop the semantics (definitions, rules, business logic) required to curate context for our business users and make the data products ready for AI and BI Re-imagining Analytics: Experimenting and evolving how we apply AI in our analytical techniques and outputs to develop standards, guardrails, best practices and playbooks for how we work going forward. This may include engagement in technology, tool, technique and process evaluations Proactive Insight Generation: Leveraging best-in-class tools, data and analytical capabilities to translate complex concepts and generate actionable insights.
