About The Position

This role involves completing analytical tasks from end-to-end with minimal guidance, including problem identification, data analysis, and formulating actionable recommendations. The position focuses on developing and maintaining periodic analytics to provide management with insights into emerging trends, the performance of lending product strategies, and recommending new portfolio lending strategies. Responsibilities include developing project proposals, performing data mining, building predictive models (e.g., clustering, decision tree analyses) to understand customer behavior and enhance customer segmentation for targeted marketing. The role also entails conducting strategic analysis, generating recommendations, building and optimizing lending strategies, and collaborating with partners for implementation. Support for marketing campaign analytics is also required. The associate will translate analytical findings into actionable business solutions, design experiments, and manage project timelines independently. This includes applying mathematical or statistical theory to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data from multiple sources, utilizing efficient data warehousing for scalable analytics, and contributing to industry-leading lending strategies through segmentation techniques. Communication with Executive stakeholders regarding lending initiatives, discussing solutions, and seeking approval is a key aspect. The role requires a detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers to deliver insights across the full account lifecycle, and visualizing data to present findings to Executive stakeholders. Developing strong working relationships with leaders in Marketing, Finance, and Risk is essential.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management of Technology, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Risk Strategic Analytics, Strategic Analytics, or related occupation.
  • Conducting analytical and strategic projects from end to end for the development of credit card line management products.
  • Performing strategic analysis of marketing campaigns utilizing Industry-specific credit card knowledge and trends including Credit card line management and engagement strategies.
  • Developing and implementing lending strategies for increasing customer engagement, product take rates, and improved business outcomes.
  • Performing data warehousing and manipulation, performing data analysis, creating decision trees and segmentations, and extracting key insights using Snowflake, SAS Viya, SQL, and Python.
  • Structuring and interpreting data analyses and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Creating Tableau dashboards for stakeholders to explore analytics results.
  • Evaluating the impact of customer segments on customer experiences and engagement.
  • Handling stakeholder relationships and presenting findings and lending initiatives to executive stakeholders.
