Responsibilities also include executing data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization, assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for the business line, and guiding product managers on the implications of different customer-impacting actions needed to resolve business challenges. The position entails conducting descriptive and exploratory analysis on datasets from multiple sources to extract insights, working with senior management and product managers to clarify business needs and connect analysis results to business issues affecting customers, and carrying out ad hoc analysis to address business inquiries. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining detailed documentation of processes and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and identifying opportunities with AI and Large Language Models to improve processes.
