Quant Developer

The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining major technical features, working closely with product and engineering disciplines. • Lead the design and implementation of a decentralized clearing protocol for crypto derivatives trading
• Develop, test, and deploy the backend and smart contracts needed for the decentralized clearing protocol
• Own monitoring, escalating, analytics, and reporting on all services built, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Conduct research and development to improve trading performance
• Conduct rigorous testing of the trading system to ensure high quality and reliability

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally building product
