Requirements

• 1 year of experience in ESP experience
• High School education or equivalent
• Accuracy and Attention to detail
• Customer-first mindset
• Action-oriented for delivering results
• Able to complete required testing documentation
• Able to troubleshoot issues with equipment
• Be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under general supervision and or little to no supervision
• Effectively present information and respond to questions
• Successful planning, priority setting, informing, results, and time management skills.
• Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate (read, write, and speak) in English

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex and intricate inspection processes
• Follow effective guidance for nightly inspection goals
• Verify equipment meets quality specifications.
• Identifying defects in parts, approving or rejecting items
• Complete inspection reports, related paperwork, and ensure all information is recorded accurately
• Responsible for maintaining the quality standards set forth by the company
• Identifying ongoing quality issues and prevent potential production issues and make suggestions for improvement
• Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
• Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
