About The Position

We are looking for a Quality Technician to support quality control operations, including inspections, non-conformance tracking, and the implementation of corrective actions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement in a growing manufacturing environment. Ideal profile: detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable reading technical drawings, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Requirements

DEC in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings
Critical thinking skills
Demonstrated rigor, precision, and attention to detail
Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 environment, ERP platforms, and CAD systems
Demonstrated dynamism
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Comfortable in a fast-growing environment; tolerance for ambiguity
Fluency in French and English

Nice To Haves

Experience in quality control in a technical manufacturing environment is an asset
Experience in HVAC, welding, or sheet metal is an asset
Spanish is an asset

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Quality Technician in executing all quality-related processes, including communication, problem-solving, receiving, in-process inspection, and end-of-line inspection
Ensure follow-up of our Non-Conformance (NCR) process from opening to closure
Raise preventive and corrective actions when necessary; support prioritization/approval cycles, execution, and follow-up
Support the Engineering Change Management process, from change request to implementation, by interacting with internal experts, service providers, and consultants
Support our Quality Inspectors in their daily activities
Collaborate, analyze, and interact with Engineering, Procurement, and Service teams
Support the QMS Coordinator in developing and deploying processes, forms, work instructions, and tools
