About The Position

This position is for a Quality Technician within the U.S. Lubricants division. The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm or until work is completed. U.S. Venture will not offer sponsorship for employment status. Requirements

• Read and understand Work Orders

Responsibilities

• Seal/Date code, Pallet Sheets, & Label Verification
• Packing and stacking quality approved bottles and cartons
• Oily bottles & cartons
• Weight consistency (Hand packing)
• Damaged cartons
• Filling of bottle hoppers
• Completely understand all paperwork and fill out properly
• Able to run three simple machines – adjusting weights

• Ensure quality thorough entire production run
• Perform line meetings
• Properly turn on machine and/or open valves
• Know how to adjust weights on machine
• Set up date code
• Changing labels (Line specific)
• Printing Labels (Work order specific)
• Effectively communicate to management
