Requirements

Minimum of a two-year associates degree preferably within Quality or Manufacturing
Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
Ability to audit and provide written and verbal communication of the findings
Experience in mechanical measurements

Nice To Haves

Proficient using Microsoft 365
Advanced measure systems, CMM, Laser inspections

Responsibilities

Manage QMS Documentation: Draft, review, update, and control the Quality Management System documentation (such as the Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs, and policies)
Coordinate External Audits: Act as the primary focal point and guide for external certification bodies and customers during ISO 9001 audits
Execute Internal Audits: Plan, conduct, and document internal audits across all critical processes and departments
Manage non-conformities from audits
Alignment with areas: Establish continuous contact with support areas (Sales, Engineering, PPC, Purchasing) to ensure their specific processes are harmonized with the QMS and meet ISO 9001 standards
Manage supplier quality communications and ensure credits for non-conforming materials
