About The Position

The Quality Technician will support the Quality function by ensuring products and processes meet internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. The role involves assisting with quality inspections, audits, process improvements, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a manufacturing operative seeking hands-on experience in a quality control environment and development toward a professional Quality based career.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Up to 1 year of industrial experience in RF Cable assembly.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical and professional skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors in relative field preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in the quality field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the testing program, including RF Signal sweeps and other technical measurements.
  • Learn to interpret test results accurately, building technical competence over time.
  • Review first-offs or key production stages to ensure compliance with Engineering drawings and Test Specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications including tolerances, notes, and standards with the help of Engineering.
  • Follow Test Specifications to complete testing accurately.
  • Fill out Test Result Sheets and assist in the preparation of Test Reports in Technical English.
  • Ensure reports are ready for final approval and submission.
  • Participate in production and part internal audits under supervision.
  • Understand quality from both a business and customer perspective.
  • Contribute to process improvements and continuous learning within the company.
  • Report test findings to Production and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives by helping translate testing results into actionable improvements.
  • Assist with updating and controlling work instructions once changes are approved.
  • Understand the importance of document control and adherence to quality processes.
  • Completing Goods Inwards checks as per the individual check sheets
  • Setting up new incoming goods check sheets
