Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive checks throughout the entire production process, from the inspection of raw ingredients and materials to the final product.
  • Actively monitor production methods and practices, ensuring that every step aligns with our rigorous safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Ensures and verifies that all plant departments and employees are adhering to the quality standards and guidelines of the company.
  • Takes samples, tests, records, and reports on basic physical, chemical, and biological properties of ingredients, formulations, packaging, and other associated material, leading to their acceptance, approval, or disposition.
  • Actively monitors, teaches, and enforces plant sanitation policies, GMP's, HACCP, and methods for allergen control.
  • Prepares, maintains, monitors, and tracks plant documentation.
  • Monitor the departmental efficiency, testing and approval times, yields, scrap loss, and other key indicators.
  • Teaches, instructs, and leads plant employees in issues regarding sanitation.
  • Accurately prepares and maintains all departmental forms and documents.
  • Monitors the completion of paperwork by other departments, emphasizing optimum record keeping within all plant areas.
  • By adhering to sanitation procedures, you will help create an environment that prioritizes both safety and quality, contributing significantly to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
