About The Position

The Quality Technician Sr. conducts routine product tests and inspections and assists the Quality Assurance Manager with data collection and supplier claims. The role performs capability studies and first-piece inspections, records results, and assists with ISO compliance and training. The technician works closely with production employees to verify inbound material and ensure outbound products meet quality standards. The position also participates in special projects as needed and collaborates with other departments to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with computer systems, including ERP systems or online quality systems.

Nice To Haves

• Further education.
• Previous experience in metal or steel.
