About The Position

This role involves developing and maintaining inspection reports, performing inspections across all stages of production and receiving, and ensuring products comply with company and customer requirements. The Quality Technician II will work closely with Quality Engineers and maintain all records and documentation of inspections and potential issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection experience
• Experience performing detailed product inspection using drawings and specifications
• Ability to perform and interpret First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inspection reports
• Perform inspection across all stages of production and receiving
• Inspect and measure products according to quality standards, and drawing specifications
• Ensure products comply with company and customer requirements
• Ensure gauges, tools, and equipment are calibrated before use
• Document nonconforming material / quality issues
• Work closely with Quality Engineers
• Maintain all records / documentation of all inspections and potential issues
