About The Position

Under minimal supervision, performs moderate to complex visual inspections of BSC purchased components, eRelease inspections from other BSC sites, and other special, and routine inspections. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent

• SAP experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Perform product release activities for products being processed through the Quality Control Department
• Support Quality Engineering in tracking and achieving metrics.
• Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to improve processes.
• Documents the non-conformance or suspected non-conformance to standards
• Make acceptance or rejection decisions based on established procedures.
• Reviews and recommends changes to existing inspection procedures and engineering specifications.
• Work with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product transfers.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
