About The Position

This position supports Quality Assurance (QA) by ensuring the accurate receipt and release of materials and maintains complete and precise records to support manufacturing and quality operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail; self-motivated and organized.
Solid communication skills with the ability to clearly organize, present, and articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and be flexible with regard to workload and assignments.
Ability to read small type fine print on occasion.
Ability to travel between work sites.
Ability to follow laboratory safety instructions; ability to use protective equipment.

Responsibilities

Confirm temperature charts and data logs contain accurate information for existing inventory; update or correct as needed.
Maintain current Release Pass/Hold/Fail tags on all inventory intended for customers or related to Quality testing, ensuring records reflect the correct physical location of inventory in quarantine or on hold.
Perform inventory and cycle counts on quality control testing materials and prepare corresponding documentation.
Inspect and receive incoming raw materials to ensure quality standards and customer requirements, and document all findings.
Review batch records for quality control testing materials and prepare appropriate documentation.
Maintain all records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and retention procedures.
