Under the direction of the Quality/Sanitation Staff, the occupant of this skilled position will be responsible for ensuring that products are produced and tested to specification, and compliance and training to Kraft Standards, HACCP, TQC, SSOP, and Regulatory requirements. This role involves a variety of tasks including documentation review, equipment calibration, product testing, water quality analysis, and maintaining lab supplies. The position also includes collecting and evaluating shelf-life samples, preparing and processing microbiological swabs, data entry, and testing various environmental factors like air, temperature, and humidity. Additionally, the role requires conducting surveys for maintenance, housekeeping, forms, and controlled documents, as well as evaluating belly data and handling supplier complaints. The Quality Tech will also be responsible for preparing Green Room charts/postings, updating procedures documents, conducting BOS observations, and filing miscellaneous records. This position serves as emergency back-up for other Quality department representatives and performs other assigned Quality work.
