Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of manufacturing or quality experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools such as calipers.
- Experience using manufacturing equipment including plasma cutters, belt sanders, and similar tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Forklift certification required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice To Haves
- Weld certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect products and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform weld inspections, certifications, etches, and macro analysis.
- Read blueprints and verify parts are built to specifications.
- Identify and communicate welding or production quality issues.
- Assist with quality audits, document control, work instructions, and defect tracking.
- Inspect shipping racks for damage and coordinate repairs.
- Prepare parts for packaging, labeling, and shipment.
- Complete shipping documentation and support shipping operations.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve quality and manufacturing processes.
