About The Position

The Quality Technician Apprentice supports manufacturing operations by identifying, investigating, and resolving quality issues throughout the production process. The role works with plant teams to ensure first-pass quality, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal quality tasks within an assigned production area.
• Identify and report quality issues to all levels of the Operations team.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot and resolve quality concerns.
• Communicate supplier-related quality issues to Supplier Quality Technicians and suppliers.
• Promote first-pass quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings related to quality and production.
• Conduct process and final product audits based on engineering specifications.
