Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 1 year experience in quality control/assurance, preferably the automotive manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately identify and resolve quality issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of automotive parts and components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct detailed quality checks and tests using precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformances in product quality, and work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and inspection results.
