About The Position
Lead a team of Quality Inspectors, oversee manufacturing projects, and gain experience with multiple production processes! This role involves supervising Quality Inspectors to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards, managing project setup, deliverables, and team member expectations. The Team Leader will act as an interim leader when the Project Supervisor is unavailable, train inspectors, provide ongoing coaching for consistent results, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Flexible and adaptable to varying manufacturing environments
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams to meet project goals
- Inspect parts and verify quality standards
- Ensure all team members have proper tools, gauges, and equipment
- Communicate with customer contacts regarding job requirements
- Complete required paperwork, training, and follow company policies
- Support ongoing team training and project communication
