Quality Team Leader-1st shift Marysville Team Leader
About The Position
Stratosphere Quality is seeking a First Shift Quality Team Leader for their Marysville Auto Plant. This role involves leading and supervising quality inspection teams, setting up projects, managing expectations, and training inspectors. The Team Leader will also be responsible for inspecting parts, ensuring quality standards, communicating with customers, and verifying tools and equipment. Additionally, the role requires completing project paperwork, reporting, stepping in as acting supervisor when needed, and traveling to manufacturing plants and warehouses. The work schedule is from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. This is a leadership role with growth opportunities and travel experience.
Requirements
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise quality inspection teams
