We currently have an opening for a Quality Systems Specialist for the Vascular division. This role is located at our St. Paul, MN location. This is a fully onsite role. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.

Requirements

• Minimum Education Associate’s Degree
• Minimum Experience / Training 1 year related experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with integrations related to acquisitions or change management, a plus.
• Quality Systems experience within Medical Devices, a plus.
• Experience with one or more of the following programs: CatsWeb, Propel, SAP, Viewpoint, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly support tasks around current integration projects.
• Analyze quality standards for components, materials or services.
• Applies measures, sampling methods, testing methodology and other procedures that ensure that quality standards are met.
• Apply quality principles, analyzes quality records, prepares reports and recommends improvements.
• Conduct inspection, verification and validation of components or materials used in development processes.
• Identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures.
• Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
• May liaise with external vendors.
