Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our Quality support services team. This position will be based in Hazelwood, MO. The role involves analyzing process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root causes of problems. It also includes reviewing proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure early quality involvement in program development. The specialist will prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements. Participation with stakeholders to develop preventive or corrective actions and their implementation is key. The role also entails conducting research, compiling and analyzing performance reports and process control statistics for continuous process improvement, and performing quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers. Additionally, the specialist will conduct hardware, software, and system-level audits to verify compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory, and customer requirements, reporting findings to management. Analyzing data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment is also a responsibility. The role operates under general direction.
