About The Position

Cummings Electrical is hiring a Quality Systems Manager for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. As the Quality System Manager, you will manage the quality system, work with plant quality managers, and drive standardization across multiple facilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and/or Quality Systems
  • Hands on experience with quality processes such as deviations, investigations, CAPAs and change control
  • Deep understanding of NEC electrical code
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Competency of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Driving improvements across our quality systems including deviations, change control, CAPAs, investigations, document control and training
  • Developing and mentoring Quality Managers across multiple manufacturing sites to build organizational capability
  • Leading and executing quality transformation initiatives that increase capacity, optimize operations and strengthen quality system maturity
  • Managing the Internal Audit program as the Lead Quality Auditor while building and coaching a team of cross functional internal auditors
  • Write and implement quality procedures, work instructions, visual standards, and technical reports
  • Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, QC, and CI teams to keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goals
  • Leading workshops, problem‑solving sessions, readiness checks, and cross‑team meetings to keep projects on track
  • Using strong analytical skills and root‑cause thinking to spot issues early and put solid corrective actions in place
