About The Position

The position will be a key member of the internal audit function for Kyocera International, Inc. The position will work closely with the Quality Systems Manager in strengthening the company's internal audit program, change management, system implementation, and general process controls. The individual will audit internal operations to ensure the adequacy of internal controls and evaluate operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

Four-year technical degree (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent experience required in such fields as Engineering, science, computer Engineering, etc., plus 2-5 years of related experience and/or training.
2-5 years working in a manufacturing or production setting preferred.
Experience with ISO 9001 /14001/45001/ 13485 quality standards.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventative Action systems
Statistical data analysis and Six Sigma methodology.
Combination of education and experience.
Ability to formalize audit observations and draft reports

Nice To Haves

Lead Auditor certification preferred or equivalent
