About The Position

ImpactLife is looking for a dedicated, motivated individual to join our Quality Support Services team. As a QSS Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking non-compliance issues and ensuring the development of appropriate corrective action measures. This position will help perform quality batch release process and may assist with regulatory inspections. This is not an ordinary health care job. Every year we team up with thousands of blood donors and hundreds of community partners to help save lives through blood drives.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience following regulated written processes required.
High attention to detail is required.
Strong ability to communicate deviations in processes to other team members both written and verbally is required.
