About The Position

We are a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead and support a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors. This role is critical in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance across both administrative and shop floor operations.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, knowledge of ISO 9001
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation control
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in both office and shop floor environments

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors
Oversee quality documentation, records, and reporting for accuracy and compliance
Maintain and improve quality systems aligned with ISO/QS/AS standards
Lead internal audits and support external audits
Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Track and analyze key quality metrics (scrap, rework, customer complaints)
Ensure inspection and testing processes are properly executed
Train and mentor team members on quality procedures and expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Support new product launches with proper quality documentation and processes
