About The Position

We’re looking for an onsite Quality Supervisor for our plant in Cleveland, Ohio who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to balance exacting standards with real-world production demands. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind product quality on the plant floor—working hand-in-hand with a talent onsite Quality Manager and partnering closely with operations, helping to lead a team of inspectors and technicians, and ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets both customer expectations and internal standards. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently (bilingual) - helpful, but not required
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (rigid plastics preferred but not required)
  • A degree in quality engineering or quality management
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and audit processes, food safety programs (HACCP, audits, compliance)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Higher – helpful, but not required
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Cause Mapping, root cause analysis, FMEA, statistical process control, validation, and change management

Responsibilities

  • Drive Quality Excellence: Help develop and execute quality strategies aligned with plant and company goals
  • Establish and maintain robust GMP and quality systems
  • Assist with leading root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate defects
  • Lead Audits & Compliance: Assist with internal, customer, and third-party audits
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards
  • Maintain audit readiness at all times
  • Strengthen Processes & Systems: Help define product specifications, control plans, and validation processes
  • Implement monitoring systems and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze trends and data to proactively improve performance
  • Own Food Safety Programs: Help lead food safety systems, documentation, and training
  • Manage HACCP plans and critical control points
  • Ensure all materials and finished goods meet strict safety standards
  • Develop People & Culture: Lead, coach, and develop the quality team
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
