About The Position

The Quality Analysis / Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising the overall quality control activities within the manufacturing facility. This role involves leading a team of quality inspectors, developing, implementing and improving quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Supervisor conducts regular audits, reviews quality data, and collaborates with other departments to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing quality documentation, providing training and development opportunities for staff, and reporting on quality performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or at least 4 years experience, 1 year experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Experience with developing and implementing quality management policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and systems.
