This role involves leading the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and reporting results to the quality section manager. The Quality Supervisor will support various elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation, change management control (such as quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation), internal audits, effective PDCA cycles, CAPA system management, and management review. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating the eQCMS bi-annual review, managing consumer complaints from inception to resolution, and acting as a primary contact for food regulatory agency inspections and contacts management.
