About The Position
QuickHire is seeking a Quality Supervisor to support quality and containment projects at its Greer, South Carolina location. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting site launches and small-team activities. It is suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude, rework or containment experience, and a hands-on approach to project coordination. Travel is required. The role may require varying hours, overtime, and weekend work to meet business needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a quality and/or containment environment.
- Technical background and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Experience performing detailed dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gages.
- Mechanical and/or rework experience.
- Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection methods, problem-solving, and containment operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and relevant software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as business needs require.
- Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee on-site quality and containment activities.
- Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Communicate with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and timely.
- Assist with site launches, including setup, training, and process validation.
- Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals.
