About The Position

KDC is hiring a full-time, on-site Quality Supervisor for its off-shift operation in Groveport, Ohio. The role leads QA and QC professionals and ensures products meet quality and compliance standards, including GMP and FDA requirements. The supervisor resolves quality issues, conducts investigations and root cause analyses, implements corrective actions, supports audits and process refinement, and ensures documentation for new product launches and transfers. The role also develops team members and collaborates with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production. The scheduled shift is 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related science.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Hands-on expertise in laboratory environments.
Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations.
Knowledge of microbiological testing methodologies.
Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Laboratory experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

Manage and inspire a team of QA and QC professionals to meet production goals while upholding GMP and FDA standards.
Address quality issues, provide guidance, and ensure timely resolutions.

Participate in audits, refine processes, and ensure documentation is complete for new product launches and transfers.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production to support seamless operations and outcomes.
