About The Position

The Quality Supervisor oversees the quality team members at a specific location. Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by training new employees in company procedures and policies, determining and distributing work assignments and responsibilities and supervising projects, monitoring employee performance and attendance and implementing disciplinary actions as needed, performing regular audits of departments and production lines to ensure they comply with company standards, providing support and guidance to team members to ensure they perform their duties effectively, reviewing employee productivity and performance to ensure they meet clients' requirements or recommending improvements to meet quality standards, evaluating and recommending alternative procedures for auditing to ensure the company continues to improve, conducting regular meetings with the audit and inspection team to help foster teamwork and consistency, creating regular reports highlighting audit and inspection performance and areas that require improvement, collecting product samples and collaborating with third-party test laboratories, and serving as subject experts regarding policies, mortgage servicing, investor requirements, processes, and regulations to test the company's products adequately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (required)
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and presentation

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant quality certification preferred
  • 3-6 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in leading audits

Responsibilities
