About The Position

TA Services is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead and oversee all quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement within our operations. This role involves developing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, managing audit processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. The position operates in a warehouse and distribution environment, requiring a blend of office and floor presence, and interaction with operations teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
At least 3 years of experience working with ISO standards and quality management systems
Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and process improvements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and quality tools (e.g., SIPOC, scorecards)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
Effective communicator, both verbal and written
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and adaptable when dealing with complex situations

Nice To Haves

Six Sigma certification or training (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Manage internal and customer audit processes, including corrective actions and follow-up
Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
