About The Position

Kärcher North America is looking for a Quality Specialist to join their team in Fayetteville. This role is responsible for ensuring outbound shipments reach customers with zero errors, investigating quality complaints, and driving corrective actions. The Quality Specialist will act as the final line of defense for product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
• Must have a forklift certification or the ability to achieve one quickly.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Comfortable with fractions, percentages, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and climb.

Nice To Haves

• Quality or inspection experience is highly preferred.
• Confidence to present information to small groups or clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform rigorous quality inspections on customer parts, machinery, and warranty evaluations.
• Conduct daily audits of inbound receipts and outbound shipments to guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Develop and maintain metrics to track progress toward "zero-error" shipping goals.
• Collect failure data, process non-conformance reports, and work closely with the Quality Manager to initiate improvements.
• Provide direct feedback to warehouse leads on pulling or packaging errors to help the team grow and improve.
• Assist with reboxing projects and support other warehouse departments (Warehouse 1 & 3) as needed.
