About The Position

Servco Leeward is looking for a Quality Specialist to perform complete detailing of new and pre-owned vehicles. This role involves preparing and inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards for both new and pre-owned inventory. The specialist will be responsible for various detailing tasks, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work. Additionally, the role includes shuttling vehicles between different locations.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum two years of auto detailing work experience which included using buffer, carpet extractor, pressure washer, and orbital
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experienced working with waxes, solvents, clay bar, and other cleaning chemicals
Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes
Quality focused with a strong attention to detail
Must be a team player and be able to work in fast-paced environment
Safety conscious

Responsibilities

Preps and inspects vehicles by applying dealership decal / logo plates and removing factory vinyl protection and stickers.
Washes exterior of new, used and re-purchased vehicles.
Degreases engines by power washing.
Removes plastic covers.
Cleans windows including removing tags.
Applies polish / wax or sealant to exterior of vehicle to the company standard.
Cleans and preps interior of vehicle including upholstery, rugs, floor mats, and other surfaces within the vehicle using a vacuum, cleaning agents, applicators, and extraction machines. May also include application of a protectants for car upholstery.
Preps wheels and tires.
Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
Inspects quality of work performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Shuttles vehicles from Servco’s Vehicle Processing Center and ports (Matson, PASHA).
