About The Position
We are seeking dependable Rework Product Associates to help inspect and rework products that have been returned due to quality issues. This position does not involve operating machinery and is focused on quality, inspection, sorting, and product rework.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to follow quality standards and procedures
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate stairs throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed
Responsibilities
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure they meet company standards
- Sort acceptable products from defective or damaged products
- Rework, repackage, or relabel products as needed
- Follow work instructions and quality requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
