About The Position

Information Providers, Inc. (IPI) is hiring a meticulous person to lead efficient, accurate operations as a full-time Quality Review Supervisor! You'll work in our Hopkins, MN office to verify the quality of inspection reports for insurance purposes. At IPI, we believe great work starts with great people. Requirements

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and high levels of accuracy
  • Effective, professional communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet all deadlines and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn company-specific software
  • High school degree or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an underwriting, insurance, quality review, home inspection, mortgage service, property preservation, or supervisory/leadership role would be beneficial!
  • An associate or bachelor's degree would also be preferred.
  • Proficiency in workflow management or inspection software would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of review specialists in verifying the accuracy and compliance of inspection reports.
  • Train new employees on company procedures.
  • Support the team's development.
  • Monitor workflows to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
  • Coordinate with management, operations, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.
  • Assist with leadership duties such as team scheduling, task delegation, and performance management.
  • Ensure you and your team closely follow all company policies.
  • Resolve escalated review questions.
  • Assist with other responsibilities to maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality.
