About The Position

MCS, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a Quality Review Specialist. This role directly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations, and also includes various leadership roles that support the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations. The specialist will provide operational support to the production team throughout the real estate transaction process (prior to, in progress, and post-closing) for clientele.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality review of data stored in client files and/or company production systems, ensuring information captured is error-free and accurate.
• Reviews quality reports to identify trends, issues and root causes and makes recommendations for change.
• Participates in implementing quality processes to ensure operations are of the highest quality.
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
