Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Neko Health is on a mission to make proactive healthcare accessible to everyone. We operate a network of outpatient health scanning clinics, combining advanced technology with clinical expertise to give members a clear picture of their health, before problems arise. We are scaling fast across multiple geographies, and quality is at the heart of everything we build. The Role Neko's clinic QA infrastructure is in active development, and this role is central to shaping what it becomes. As QA Program Manager, you will design, build, and run the quality assurance framework for Neko's outpatient clinic network: defining what quality looks like in our setting, building the data and reporting infrastructure to track it, and driving cross-functional improvement initiatives that keep patient safety and member experience at the centre. This is a build role. You will be designing the standard, not auditing against an existing one. You will work closely with clinical leads, operations managers, and engineering teams, and report directly to the Global Medical Quality Lead.
