About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Quality Production Specialist to support our F-15 SA modifications and upgrades team at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. It is a long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site, with relocation and assignment benefits provided. The specialist will collaborate with F-15SA Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Quality products and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of working knowledge, experience, and proven application of Aircraft Maintenance and Modification standards, requirements, and associated regulations.
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related production control environments.
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR).
  • Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3).
  • Ability to meet international assignment health requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain a work visa.
  • Must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
  • Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
  • Offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned.
  • These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Instruction 8210.1.
  • F-15 technical data experience.
  • AS9100 Revision D experience.
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and motivate a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Perform inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the F-15SA platform.
  • Maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.
  • Collect and verify data to support the identification of root cause routine problems.
  • Perform internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Document audit results in standard formats.
  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, first-time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity.
  • Support the implementation of standardization, LEAN, and BPS principles.
  • Maintain excellent communication and flow of relevant information throughout the team.
  • Drive initiatives that promote production efficiency and innovation.
  • Cultivate a reporting culture that prioritizes safety in accordance with Boeing's Safety Management System.
  • Undertake other activities as needed.
  • Work under general supervision.
