About The Position

The HR Officer will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective HR operations across KSA, ensuring compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and Servier’s values while contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in KSA HR operations (including recruitment and government portals).
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and local compliance (GOSI, MHRSD, HRDF).
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRMS tools.
  • Eager to take on new responsibilities and support the team where needed.
  • A proactive interest in learning the aspects and essentials of HR in a multinational environment.
  • Exceptional ability to handle confidential data and information.
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude when dealing with employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for KSA-based positions, including advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for internal and external vacancies.
  • Support with hiring managers to deliver efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Deliver recruitment practices in line with internal recruitment guideline and policies.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with Saudization/localization requirements.
  • Build candidate pipelines and talent pools through partnerships, job portals, and referrals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR third-party agencies (PRO services) and ensure all records comply with Saudi labor law.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, hardware/software readiness, and the administration of visas, work permits, and Iqama procedures.
  • Handle employee registration, contract creation, and profile maintenance on local government portals, including Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
  • Execute exit formalities such as contract terminations on government systems (Qiwa/GOSI), SEHA license cancellations where applicable, and conducting exit interviews where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries in Saudi Arabia.
  • Drive local employee engagement and well-being initiatives such as local events, celebrations and activities.
  • Provide accurate reports related to the finance department (expenses, bills, GOSI etc.)
  • Maintain and track HR-related financial records and prepare HR/Finance reports (e.g., payroll reports, GOSI, HRDF, MHRSD).
  • Ensure alignment between HR data and Finance requirements for audits and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, HRDF, and Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD) requirements.
  • Support internal/external audits and maintain alignment with company HR policies.
  • Track Saudization progress and support localization strategies.
  • Partner with the HRBP – Middle East on regional HR initiatives, policy rollouts, and talent programs.
  • Share local HR insights and labor market updates to support regional decision-making.
