About The Position

Here at Chubb Systems we are looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our Bridgwater office as a Quality Practitioner/ Quality Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to develop a long-term career in quality management, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant and consistently high-quality work. It may particularly suit someone considering a career change who is interested in applying their existing technical, operational or problem-solving experience in a new professional direction. You will receive full training and structured support while completing the Level 4 Quality Practitioner apprenticeship.

Nice To Haves

• A technical background in security systems installation would be desirable, but it is not essential.
• Experience of working in the nuclear sector or another highly regulated environment would also be advantageous.
• Experienced installers, technicians or operational professionals who would like to move into quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting quality audits, inspections and assurance activities.
• Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
• Collecting and analysing quality-performance information.
• Helping investigate non-conformances and identify root causes.
• Monitoring corrective actions and improvement activities.
• Supporting compliance with company, customer and project requirements.
• Working with colleagues to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.
• Completing the required apprenticeship learning and assessments.
