About The Position

At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures. Those in IT quality management at PwC will focus on enabling the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services through effective quality assurance processes and methodologies. You will be responsible for implementing quality standards, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in IT systems and processes. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 6 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
  • Foundations Certification preferred
  • Demonstrating leadership in testing methodologies and business applications
  • Understanding Agile/Scrum delivery models and SDLC activities
  • Managing overall testing efforts and project strategies
  • Contributing to thought leadership on testing tools and automation
  • Developing and guiding documentation of test plans and cases
  • Collaborating effectively within delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Gaining thorough business and application domain knowledge
