About The Position

The Quality Performance Associate plays a key role in advancing MHA’s commitment to best practices, clinical integration, and quality improvement across all divisions. This role supports roster management, population health reporting, gap analysis, patient outreach, and compliance activities. The position requires collaboration with providers, managers, and staff to improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and support quality and value-based care programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in health care or related field
  • Working knowledge of MEDENT (HM/DM reporting) and HealtheLink access/reporting preferred.
  • Familiarity with NCQA/PCMH/HEDIS measures, particularly in pediatrics.
  • Strong communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, and training skills.
  • Excellent data entry, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation required for travel from corporate office to clinical sites.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain consistent roster management procedures across divisions.
  • Develop, coordinate, and analyze MEDENT DM/HM and third-party application reporting for population health metrics.
  • Obtain, process, and analyze data from value-based and incentive agreements.
  • Perform gap analyses and support outreach efforts to close care gaps, including identifying electronic communication options.
  • Collaborate with divisions to identify workflow barriers and propose process improvements.
  • Provide training to providers, managers, and staff on quality metrics, reporting tools, and workflows.
  • Develop and implement patient survey tools, assemble results, and provide actionable reports to leadership.
  • Maintain visibility across divisions by working closely with managing partners and onsite management teams.
  • Assist with gaining and maintaining NCQA certification (including MHA-level certification).
  • Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with MHA’s policies and organizational goals.
