About The Position

Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence. Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes. Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff. Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
• Quality Professional preferred.
• Risk Management preferred.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare.
• Background in accreditation or regulatory compliance.
• Efficient and highly organized.
• Able to multi-task.
• Able to interpret complex regulator standards.
• Strong emotional intelligence and positive team skills.
• Ability to travel between hospital locations.
