This role is responsible for organizing and coordinating quality, risk, and patient safety program activities and workflow. The coordinator will also manage the quality, risk, and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is key for problem identification and resolution, cost containment, and the implementation of new services, systems, and performance measures. The position supports initiatives related to quality and risk reduction, ensuring compliance with patient safety standards, and involves analyzing and reporting on data from various sources, including developing detailed quality financial reports.
