About the Role As a Quality Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the quality department including inspection, the CMM Lab, and Calibration. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to express ideas, share information, listen actively, and demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communications.
  • Promotes a sense of urgency to expedite work through area.
  • Ensure all internal and external customers receive positive service experiences.
  • Ability to learn and comprehend blueprints.
  • Able to make effective and timely decisions.
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in various computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Operate automated inspection equipment, hand tools, and instruments to inspect machined products for imperfections and ensure quality.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and proficiently to ensure product compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results per customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability in accordance with AS9100 and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and members of other departments.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, upholding a proactive safety culture by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
