About The Position
Heritage Village, managed by LCS, is seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Quality of Life Specialist (QLS) to join their team. This role is responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of Memory Care residents. The QLS will assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, and taking vital signs, height, and weight checks per policy. The position offers a work-life balance and is a great place to work, with the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives.
Requirements
- Must have a Virginia CNA license
- Experienced & hospitality focused
Responsibilities
- Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of Memory Care residents.
- Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
