About The Position

At Roche, we are driven by a mission to prevent, stop, and cure diseases and ensure access to healthcare. We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally fluent Quality Metrics & Digital Insights Specialist to join the PT Quality (PTQ) organization. This role involves partnering across global sites and functions to design and deliver data-driven solutions, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support decision-making and foster continuous improvement within the Pharma Technical (PT) network. You will work at the intersection of Quality, Data Science, and Digital Innovation, contributing to Roche’s digital quality transformation and governance forums like MRoQ. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing scalable, AI-enabled dashboards and performance scorecards using tools like Tableau and generative AI to provide automated insights and proactive risk signals. You will build on modern data platforms like Snowflake to create trusted, reusable data products, harmonize Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) for consistency and data integrity, and drive digital quality solutions and predictive analytics use cases in partnership with QDE, IIx, and other technical teams. Applying Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design principles will be key to advancing user-centric analytics tools. You will also foster cross-functional collaboration, lead data literacy initiatives, and coordinate the MRoQ network for quality reporting and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries with deep exposure to quality systems, operational excellence, or digital transformation.
  • Highly skilled in business intelligence tools, large datasets, databases, and reporting platforms, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, ICH Q10, and the principles of risk-based quality systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and the ability to synthesize complex data to drive insight-based decision-making.
  • Ability to lead independently, influence without authority, and foster inclusive, high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient level of English.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • French may be required depending on geographical location.
