About The Position

Play a pivotal role in ensuring that products meet highest standards of quality & reliability along with providing leadership, direction, & coaching to address quality concerns throughout the business; Overseeing, maintaining, & improving the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015; Developing & maintaining CPE Quality Strategy to include the minimum requirements of IATAF 16949 (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Process Capability, MSA) as appropriate for each Value Stream of the facility; Performing Return Materials Analysis & Non-Conforming Material Analysis; Promoting quality achievement & performance improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
5 years of experience in a quality management role
5 years applying quality standards & regulations aligned w/ ISO 9001 & AS9100
5 years leading site-level quality improvement projects & cross-functional teams
5 years working w/ quality management software, including indysoft & Microsoft tools
5 years applying lean manufacturing & process control implementation using FEMA, Control Plans, MSA & Process Capabilities
Certification as an ISO auditor
At least a green belt in six sigma

Responsibilities

Overseeing, maintaining, & improving the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001:2015
Developing & maintaining CPE Quality Strategy to include the minimum requirements of IATAF 16949 (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Process Capability, MSA) as appropriate for each Value Stream of the facility
Performing Return Materials Analysis & Non-Conforming Material Analysis
Promoting quality achievement & performance improvement
Providing leadership, direction, & coaching to address quality concerns throughout the business
